Groundbreaking Event By The Sea

May 10, 2018 – Guests were honored to witness a piece of Acqualina history in the making – the official groundbreaking of The Estates at Acqualina. This milestone in their history and in the history of Sunny Isles Beach is a day that will define South Florida luxury living for decades to come.
The groundbreaking event started by welcoming their guests with champagne and hors d’oeuvre. The classical music played in the background brought a feeling of joy, while the Skydivers got ready to make their presence noticed. From the sales gallery, you could see a parade of Rolls-Royces lined up on the beach as the marching band entered the scene to mark the beginning of the ceremony. The skydivers, the marching band, the 25 Rolls-Royces, the food and wine by the always amazing Il Mulino with Chef Mazza present, and those shovels going into the ground to mark the official launch of construction were all takeaway moments that drew rave reviews for this once-in-a-lifetime celebratory event.
